Job Summary:
CRIB FACTORY Interiors & Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer support and maintain strong client relationships. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Follow up with customers and maintain communication records
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Update customer information and maintain records
- Ensure a positive customer experience at every stage
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused attitude and positive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
Education:
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree
Experience:
- Fresher to 2 years preferred
