Role Overview
We are seeking a highly aggressive, proactive, and performance-driven HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end domestic hiring (India only). This role demands conducting 10–15 virtual interviews daily and ensuring only high-quality, selection-ready candidates are forwarded to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
· Active sourcing via Naukri.com, LinkedIn (job postings and direct sourcing), and Indeed and any other online available job portals.
· Strong understanding of resume filtering, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
· Conduct minimum 10–15 structured virtual HR interviews daily.
· Focus on quality hiring rather than quantity-based shortlisting.
· Ensure shortlisted candidates meet experience, salary, notice period, and relocation criteria.
· Minimize rejection rate at higher management level.
· Conduct structured HR rounds including stability checks and cultural fit evaluation.
· Maintain rejection reasoning logs and background verification checks.
· Use AI tools and ChatGPT to generate role-specific questionnaires and evaluation formats.
· Submit Daily DPR and Weekly MIS reports covering pipeline, closures, and rejection analysis.
· Maintain disciplined reporting to HR Head with complete transparency.

Eligibility Criteria
· Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience (Real estate hiring preferred).
· Strong knowledge of Indian hiring market.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Tech-friendly and AI-oriented approach.
· Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.
Performance Metrics (KPIs)
· Daily 10–15 interview target achievement.
· Low rejection ratio from senior management.
· Monthly hiring closure targets.
· Timely DPR and MIS submission.
· Quality hire ratio and time-to-hire efficiency.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
