We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR Executive / HR Generalist with 3–4 years of experience to manage and support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of HR processes, and the ability to work independently while partnering effectively with employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit formalities.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, and offer management.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees and address HR-related queries and concerns.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and HR records.
- Support performance appraisal and performance management processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, team activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation in HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and other HR operational activities.
- Support statutory and organizational HR compliance requirements.
- Conduct employee feedback, engagement surveys, and exit interviews.
- Prepare HR reports and dashboards related to headcount, attrition, recruitment, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Coordinate with department heads and management on manpower planning and HR requirements.
- Identify employee development and training requirements and coordinate relevant programs.
- Assist in resolving employee grievances and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience in a generalist or HR operations role.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, processes, and basic employment compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HRMS/HRIS.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in both HR Operations and Talent Acquisition.
- Knowledge of payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Experience with employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting.

Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
