We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply effective sales strategies. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to management regarding sales performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Any
- Proven experience as a BDE or in a similar sales or business development role (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
