Key Responsibilities
- Documentation: Draft and review sale deeds, lease agreements, mortgage contracts, and purchase agreements.
- Due Diligence: Conduct title searches to verify ownership and check for liens or legal disputes.
- Closing Procedures: Oversee the legal transfer of titles and ensure all financial commitments are met during property closings.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions adhere to local, state, and central laws, including RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) guidelines.
- Dispute Resolution: Represent clients in court or through mediation for issues like boundary disputes or breach of contract.

- Education: A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
