About the role
We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Network Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising our network infrastructure to ensure seamless operations across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Monitor network performance and ensure availability and reliability
- Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely manner
- Maintain documentation of network configurations and topology
- Assist in planning and implementing network upgrades and expansions
- Ensure network security through implementation of best practices and access controls
Eligibility criteria
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role
- Proficiency in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLAN
- Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent network equipment
- Basic understanding of network security principles and firewall management
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills
Good to have
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios)
- Exposure to cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
