RCM Demographics Associate (Entry-Level)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RCM Demographics Associate to join our healthcare revenue cycle team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with basic RCM knowledge who are eager to build a career in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management.
Key ResponsibilitiesDemographics & Insurance Verification
- Enter and update patient demographic information accurately in the system
- Verify insurance eligibility and coverage details through payer portals or eligibility tools
- Assist in updating Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary insurance information
- Review intake forms and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy
- Identify missing or incorrect patient/insurance information and escalate when required
- Maintain accurate documentation as per SOP guidelines
Billing Support
- Support the billing team in preparing clean claims for submission
- Verify basic claim details such as patient information, insurance data, CPT/ICD codes, and modifiers
- Assist in correcting demographic-related claim rejections
- Coordinate with billing, AR, and QA teams for issue resolution
- Follow payer-specific and client-specific billing instructions
Eligibility Criteria
- 0–1 year of experience in US Healthcare RCM (Freshers can apply)
- Basic understanding of patient demographics, insurance verification, or medical billing
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and follow SOP processes
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Experience with EMR/PM systems is an added advantage

- Ability to work in a team environment
- Quick learner with a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and eligibility verification is a plus
