- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to streamline issue resolution and improve system stability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and troubleshooting techniques within SAP environments.
- Experience in managing system performance, patching, and upgrades to maintain optimal functionality.
- Ability to analyze logs and system alerts to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with database administration and integration points related to SAP systems.
- Skilled in coordinating with multiple teams to implement solutions and maintain system health.
