This role will report to the head of Product Pricing. The Product Business Manager will be responsible for supporting the business management, administrative and product support requirements of the Chief Product Officer; the Head of Product Pricing and the Regulated Fund Services (RFS) business
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Product Business Management
- Monthly creation of all Management Business Reviews (MBR) and other ad-hoc business reviews to support the CPO and Head of Product Pricing
- Financial modelling working with the Head of Product Pricing and Finance Stakeholders to support key financial processes (new product approval; financial budgeting and forecasting etc.)
- Drafting of materials for internal product updates and townhalls
- Assistance in business case preparation for new product approvals
- Work with sales support to track win/loss on new opportunities, feedback, and product development opportunities
Product Support
- Update of monthly MIS for key service providers
- New business forum coordination - initial vetting of information
- Maintenance of RFS slide decks
- Support in preparation of brochures and other marketing materials - structured refresh of data.
- Maintenance of standard proposal templates
- Data Quality & Governance: Maintain and streamline Product MIS (pipeline metrics, pricing, platform KPIs) with robust controls
- Review of all deals at NBF to ensure compliance with global policy and assist NBF Chair
Requirements
- Experience in Business Management in a similar buy side, asset management, or asset servicing business
- Knowledge and experience in managing and deploying business management and product governance processes in a global organisation
- Experience managing and developing budgets
- Strong interpersonal skills to be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation
- Very strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and financial modelling skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and System literacy with an advanced grasp of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly self-motivated; proactive and seeking continuous learning opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience with tools such as PowerBI and Tableau a plus
- Knowledge of SalesForce a plus
