ServiceNow Solution Architect – FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM & CMDB

We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with strong expertise in FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM, CMDB, Platform Development, and Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions across FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM and CMDB.
- Lead customer workshops, requirement discussions and solution design.
- Develop architecture documents, solution blueprints and implementation roadmaps.
- Design integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub and enterprise integration platforms.
- Work with UI Builder and Service Portal for user experience solutions.
- Lead upgrades, platform optimization, governance and modernization initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor ServiceNow development teams.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience with strong ServiceNow architecture expertise.
- Hands-on experience with FSM/CSM, HRSD, ITSM and CMDB.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model.
- Experience with UI Builder, Service Portal, REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub.
- Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Good to Have
CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, ITOM, Flow Designer, Automation Engine, Dell Boomi and ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
