About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven AI & IT Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling AI solutions, software products, IT services, SaaS, website development, mobile applications, cloud solutions, or digital transformation services. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, understanding client requirements, and closing high-value deals.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend suitable AI and IT solutions.
- Sell AI-powered solutions, SaaS products, custom software development, website development, mobile application development, cloud services, automation solutions, CRM/ERP solutions, chatbot solutions, cybersecurity services, and IT consulting services.
- Conduct virtual and face-to-face client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations based on client requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to close sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies, software trends, and emerging IT solutions.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
- Good understanding of AI technologies, SaaS, software development, and IT services.
- Experience in B2B sales and enterprise sales.
- Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them in simple business terms.
- Strong lead generation and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in AI Sales, IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, ERP/CRM Sales, Cloud Sales, or Technology Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong interest in technology sales may also apply.
- Experience in selling enterprise software or AI solutions will be an added advantage.
