Roles & ResponsibilitiesSystem Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal uptime of IT services.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Ensure secure and reliable internet connectivity across the campus.
- Monitor network usage and implement security measures.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure compliance with institutional IT policies and data security standards.
- Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
- Resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty, and technical services.
- Support online learning platforms, ERP systems, and examination software.
- Maintain inventory of computers, servers, networking devices, and software licenses.
- Document IT infrastructure, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Prepare periodic reports on system performance and IT requirements.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in system and network administration.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
