Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and responsible OT Technician to assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff in maintaining smooth and efficient operation theatre procedures. The candidate should ensure proper preparation of the OT, handling of surgical instruments, and maintenance of sterilization standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after surgeries
- Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and OT supplies
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during procedures
- Ensure proper sterilization and disinfection of OT instruments and equipment
- Maintain infection control and patient safety protocols
- Monitor OT equipment and report any malfunction immediately
- Handle biomedical waste as per hospital guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of OT instruments and consumables
- Ensure availability of surgical materials and emergency equipment
- Support smooth coordination between OT, wards, and ICU departments
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in OT Technology or relevant field
- Knowledge of surgical instruments and sterilization procedures
- Basic understanding of infection control protocols
- Ability to work in emergency and critical situations
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Prior hospital OT experience preferred

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
