We're Hiring: Dermatologist (3–5 Years Experience) – OptimalAgents.ai
OptimalAgents.ai is looking for a dedicated and patient-centric Dermatologist with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to provide high-quality dermatology care through both telemedicine consultations and in-person clinical practice. Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin, hair, and nail conditions through both virtual and in-person consultations.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform dermatological procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, electrocautery, chemical peels, and other minor procedures during physical consultations.
- Diagnose and manage common and chronic dermatological conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, fungal infections, pigmentation disorders, and hair loss.
- Provide cosmetic dermatology consultations and treatments where applicable.
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate skincare regimens based on clinical evaluation.
- Educate patients on preventive skincare, treatment adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records and consultation documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements, guidelines, and best practices in dermatology.
Requirements
- MBBS with MD/DNB/DVD in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy from a recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification clinical experience in dermatology.
- Valid medical registration with the appropriate Medical Council.
- Experience in both outpatient dermatology practice and telemedicine consultations is preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport in both virtual and face-to-face consultations.
- Comfortable using electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) and telemedicine platforms.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
