About the Role
Mindware Infotech is looking for an experienced Flutter Mobile Application Developer who can take complete ownership of end-to-end mobile app development. You will be responsible for building high-performance cross-platform apps (Android & iOS), integrating backend services on AWS, and managing full deployment on the Play Store and App Store.
This role is for a dedicated professional who can manage multiple projects, write clean code, and meet solid delivery deadlines.
Eligibility & Qualification Criteria (Strict)
Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related technical fields is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of real-world mobile application development.
Portfolio Requirement: Candidates must show proof of work, including:
Live Android & iOS apps (Google Play Store & Apple App Store links).
Active GitHub repositories or source code of previous mobile projects.
Work Mode: Purely office-based. Candidates pursuing any ongoing regular courses will not be considered.
Technical Skills Required
Core Framework: Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart.
Cloud & Backend: Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
Integrations: Expert in REST APIs integration, third-party SDKs, push notifications, and in-app updates.
App Deployment: Complete understanding of Google Play Store & Apple App Store publishing policies, updates, and compliance.
Optimization: Strong knowledge of app security, performance optimization, and crash handling.
Coding Standard: Ability to write clean, optimized, and maintainable code (Strict Note: AI tools for coding are not allowed).
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and backend API integrations.
Handle app publishing, store compliance, and future version updates on both stores.
Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance existing codebase for scalability.
Manage multiple mobile projects simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.

Compensation: Initial salary may be on the negotiable/flexible side as we are in a high-growth startup phase.
Appraisal: Salary will scale up rapidly as projects grow and hit milestones.
