Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Schedule and coordinate interviews with stakeholders
Maintain candidate database and update ATS regularly
Follow up with candidates for feedback and offer acceptance
Handle offer roll-out and onboarding coordination
Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
