Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition, business growth, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate should have experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development and possess excellent communication skills to build strong client relationships and convert opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, referrals, and lead follow-ups
- Identify potential clients and convert prospects into long-term business relationships
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure high customer engagement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Telesales, or Client Acquisition
- Knowledge of any regional language will be an added advantage
- Good understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
- Ability to handle client discussions confidently and professionally
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements
