We are seeking an experienced Admin & Operation Manager for our Halol Unit. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative and operational functions to enhance efficiency and drive productivity within the unit.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Halol unit to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage administrative functions including scheduling, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with various departments to support project execution and operational needs.
- Supervise and train administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
- Monitor financial performance and assist in budget preparation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-10 years of experience in administration and operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management software.
- Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in operations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
