KLM Assets Fin invites applications for the position of Business Development Manager (BDM) at our Meenchanda branch, Kozhikode. We are looking for experienced professionals with a strong background in NBFC or chit fund business operations and a passion for driving growth.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving business objectives through effective promotion of chit fund products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for chit schemes
- Promote and explain chit products through direct marketing, networking, and field visits
- Acquire new customers and achieve monthly business targets
- Build strong and lasting relationships with clients to ensure customer retention
- Follow up on collections and ensure timely installment payments
- Evaluate branch performance data and recommend strategies for business improvement
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in NBFC or chit fund industry
- Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Candidates from Meenchanda and nearby areas in Kozhikode are preferred
- Immediate joiners will receive preference
