Experience: 2–3 Years
In-Hand Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives
Willingness to travel across Gujarat for market visits, merchandising activities, and promotional campaigns as per business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail outlets, malls, supermarkets, and modern trade stores regularly
- Ensure products are displayed as per brand guidelines
- Maintain shelf cleanliness, product arrangement, and visibility
- Ensure all SKUs are properly placed and customer-facing
- Monitor and maintain promotional materials and branding displays
- Track stock availability and report shortages promptly
- Coordinate with distributors and sales teams for replenishment
- Negotiate with store managers for better shelf space and visibility
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, promotions, and displays
- Collect market feedback and store photographs
- Support promotional activities and sales initiatives
- Submit daily visit reports and outlet-wise stock status

- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Sunday Working is Mandatory (Overtime applicable if working all 7 days)
- Reporting To: Mall Manager
- Petrol Allowance Provided

- Candidate will be assigned to different malls on a rotational basis
