Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and mentor graduate students regarding career opportunities in the banking and financial services industry.
- Conduct one-on-one career guidance sessions to understand student goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Educate students about banking job roles, industry requirements, recruitment processes, and career pathways.
- Assist students in developing job-ready skills, including resume building, interview preparation, communication skills, and professional etiquette.
- Coordinate with training teams to ensure students complete required banking job-readiness modules.
- Screen and evaluate student profiles for suitability against employer requirements.
- Support talent acquisition activities, including candidate sourcing, shortlisting, and interview scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, progress, and placement outcomes.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring partners, recruiters, and banking institutions.
- Track placement targets and contribute to improving student employability and placement success rates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide students from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Basic understanding of banking, financial services, and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/student management systems.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
