Eligibility
- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Travel Process experience is mandatory
- Chat & Email Support experience is mandatory
- Working knowledge of GDS tools is mandatory
- Experience in Amadeus preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through Chat and voice
- Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, modifications, and travel-related requests
- Work on GDS systems for reservations and itinerary management
- Provide accurate travel information and solutions
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining service quality standards
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Required Skills
- Travel Industry Experience (Mandatory)
- GDS Knowledge (Mandatory)
- Amadeus Experience Preferred
- Excellent Written Communication Skills
- Customer Service Orientation
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in International Travel Process
- Knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing
- Familiarity with booking and reservation systems
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
