Paid Marketing Expert – Lead GenerationJob Summary:
Clove Dental, India’s leading dental care provider, is looking for a Paid Marketing Expert to drive high-quality lead generation and lead acquisition through strategic digital advertising. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads etc with expertise in performance marketing, audience targeting, and conversion optimization. This role focuses on maximizing ROI, optimizing ad spend, and generating qualified patient leads for Clove Dental’s clinics across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms to generate patient/ lead inquiries and appointments.
● Develop data-driven lead generation strategies that increase conversions while lowering cost per acquisition (CPA).
● Conduct in-depth audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to improve targeting.
● Optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creatives to boost click-through rates (CTR) and lead-to-appointment conversions.
● Set up and manage geo-targeted campaigns to drive patient visits to specific Clove Dental clinic locations.
● Implement retargeting and remarketing strategies to re-engage potential patients.
● Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM tools.
● Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to ensure a seamless patient journey from ad engagement to appointment booking.
● Stay updated on the latest Google/Facebook algorithm changes, ad trends, and healthcare marketing regulations.
Requirements:
● 6-10 years of experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
● Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads for service-based businesses, preferably in healthcare or dental services.
● Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and CRM platforms
● Strong understanding of CPC, CPA and other key performance metrics.
● Experience in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and lead nurturing.
● Ability to manage multi-location campaigns with geo-targeting.
● Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications are a plus.
● Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location service marketing.
● Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and automation tools.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
