Job description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive – Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and employee database.
- Assist in payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
- Support performance appraisal and employee feedback processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documents.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
