Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager with 15+ years of progressive HR experience to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions. The candidate will be responsible for HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, compliance, industrial relations, payroll governance, and organizational development. The role requires partnering with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and drive a high-performance culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with leadership team on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive change management initiatives and HR transformation projects.
- Lead HR budgeting and manpower planning.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategy for leadership and critical positions.
- Develop talent pipelines and succession planning frameworks.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring effectiveness.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Design employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Drive employee satisfaction and organizational effectiveness.
Performance Management
- Implement KPI/KRA-based performance systems.
- Conduct annual and mid-year appraisal cycles.
- Support leadership in talent reviews and succession planning.
- Drive high-performance culture initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and statutory compliance.
- Lead reward and recognition programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee complete employee lifecycle management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage HR audits and compliance reporting.
- Maintain HRMS and employee records.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and leadership development programs.
- Build competency frameworks and career development initiatives.
- Facilitate employee learning and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- MBA / Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws and Statutory Compliance.
- Experience in HRBP, HR Operations, Talent Management, and Employee Relations.
- Experience leading HR teams and managing stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
