Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Project Assistant. In this role, you will be an integral part of the project assembly process, providing essential support to engineers and ensuring the smooth progress of project-related activities.
Role & responsibilities :
1. Manufacturing Drawings and BoM Preparation: Collaborate with engineers in the creation of accurate manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials (BoM) to guide production processes.
2. Parts Assembly: Contribute to the assembly process, ensuring that components come together seamlessly to meet quality and project requirements.
3. Assisting Engineers: Work closely with engineers to provide support in project-related tasks, offering assistance in research, data compilation, and documentation.
4. Parts Manufacturing Vendors Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturing vendors to facilitate the production of parts, ensuring adherence to specifications and timelines.
5. Work Progress Chasing: Monitor and chase the progress of work to maintain project timelines, promptly addressing any delays or issues that may arise during the manufacturing phase.
6. Assembly Area and Tools handling : Oversee the organization of the work floor and tools, ensuring an efficient and safe working environment for the manufacturing team.
