Job Description Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive geriatric care and support to senior citizens in various settings, including home visits and senior living facilities. • Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate clinical documentation and timely communication with healthcare teams. • Administer medications and perform procedures such as catheter management and Ryles tube insertion with precision and care. • Deliver emergency support, including CPR, and effectively manage acute situations to ensure patient safety. • Conduct thorough wound care and implement appropriate treatment plans for optimal healing and comfort. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create and adjust personalized care plans for elderly patients.
