Role Overview
The CNC/VMC Setter will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC/VMC machines to manufacture precision aerospace components. The role demands strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and adherence to aerospace quality and safety standards.

Skills & Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Only.
- 2–8 years of experience in CNC/VMC machining, preferably aerospace/defense.
- Proficiency in FANUC, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controllers.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials (Titanium, Inconel, Aluminum alloys).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and precision measurement tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Machine Setup: Prepare CNC/VMC machines with correct tools, fixtures, and offsets.
- Programming: Write, edit, and optimize G-code/M-code programs for aerospace components.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret engineering drawings and apply GD&T principles.
- Precision Machining: Operate machines to produce aerospace-grade parts with tight tolerances.
- Quality Control: Conduct first-piece inspection, in-process checks, and final validation using gauges, micrometers, and CMM.
- Maintenance: Perform routine machine upkeep and troubleshoot issues.
- Safety Compliance: Follow aerospace safety standards and workplace organization practices (5S, Kaizen).
Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
