Tiny Biny is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our growing team. If you're passionate about people, recruitment, and creating a positive workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Handle attendance, leave records, and HR administration.
- Support payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and maintain healthy employee relations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of HR experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
