Rhizome is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect to join our growing team. We are passionate about creating meaningful, design-driven spaces and are looking for a leader who can drive projects from concept to completion while mentoring teams and maintaining design excellence.
Who We're Looking For:
- 15+ years of professional experience in architecture
- Strong design, visualization, and conceptualization skills
- Expertise in project planning, execution, and delivery
- Excellent command over working drawings and construction documentation
- Proven experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with consultants
- Strong site management and project execution capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and leadership skills
