Description:
We are looking for a skilled and motivated *Telecaller cum Blood Collection Technician for our Derma & Aesthetic Clinic.
Key Responsibilities: *
*Telecalling & Patient Coordination:*
Handle incoming and outgoing calls with patients and leads.
* Follow up with patients who enquire about skin, hair and aesthetic treatments.
* Book appointments and manage patient schedules.
* Explain basic information about clinic services and offers.
* Maintain proper follow-up records and patient details.
* Convert potential leads into clinic appointments.
**Blood Collection:**
* Collect blood samples from patients using proper techniques.
* Knowledge of venipuncture and blood sample collection is required.
* Experience as a **Telecaller / Patient Coordinator** preferred.
* Must have knowledge and practical experience in *
*Blood Collection / Phlebotomy**.
* Good communication and convincing skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
* Friendly and professional behavior with patients.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
