Job Description:
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth. The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, manage accounts, resolve queries, and identify upselling opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture client relationships.
- Handle client queries and escalations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Maintain client records and reports.
- Ensure high client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Account Management, or Customer Success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
