We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and student-focused professionals who can convert inquiries into enrollments while providing expert guidance to aspiring students. --- Position 1: Student Counselor (Study Abroad) Key Responsibilities * Counsel students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities. * Provide detailed information about MBBS and other degree programs in Singapore, Malta, Russia, Georgia, and other destinations. * Understand students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and courses. * Guide students through the admission process, documentation, and application procedures. * Explain eligibility criteria, fee structures, scholarships, accommodation, and visa requirements. * Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, telephonic consultations, and virtual meetings. * Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems. * Build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents. * Coordinate with university representatives and internal teams to ensure smooth admissions processing. * Participate in seminars, education fairs, webinars, and promotional events. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in any discipline. * Experience in Study Abroad Counseling, Education Consulting, or Student Admissions preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong counseling and relationship-building abilities. * Knowledge of international admissions and MBBS programs will be an advantage. * Proficiency in English and Hindi. * Ability to handle multiple student inquiries efficiently. Preferred Experience * 1–5 years in Overseas Education Counseling. * Experience in MBBS admissions or international student recruitment. --- Position 2: Admissions Sales Executive / Lead Conversion Specialist Key Responsibilities * Handle incoming leads generated through digital marketing, social media, referrals, and walk-ins. * Contact prospective students and parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings. * Convert inquiries into admissions through effective counseling and follow-up. * Understand student requirements and recommend suitable study abroad options. * Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. * Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students. * Update CRM and maintain lead management records. * Coordinate with counseling and admissions teams to ensure smooth enrollment processes. * Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students. * Generate referrals and repeat business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree preferred. * Excellent communication and convincing skills. * Strong sales and negotiation abilities. * Target-oriented and self-motivated approach. * Experience in Education Sales, Admission Counseling, or Lead Conversion preferred. * Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
