Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented Telecalling Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers, explaining our natural care products, addressing inquiries, and closing sales or booking consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound & Inbound Calls: Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound customer inquiries regarding our products.
- Product Explanation: Clearly explain product benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and current promotions or offers to prospective buyers.
- Sales & Lead Conversion: Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and guide customers through the purchasing process to achieve sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a professional and friendly polite tone on calls, resolve customer complaints, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of calls, feedback, lead statuses, and sales details in the CRM system/database.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested prospects to build lasting customer relationships.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per hour
