Responsibilities:
Perform Defined Benefit (DB) processing and/or calculation across assigned subtypes such as quotes, basic benefit events, annuities, and distributions.
Manage assigned worklists efficiently while adhering to standard processing times.
Deliver high‑quality work with consistent adherence to SOPs, compliance guidelines, and audit requirements.
Support adoption of new tools, updated SOPs, or workflow changes.
Collaborate closely with seniors to understand complex cases and process updates.
Identify individual learning gaps and proactively request clarification or training when needed.
Qualifications:
Maths or Stats education background.
Additional Information:
Specialist with minimum 1.5-2 years of work experience in Retirements preferably in US Defined benefit area
Total 4-5 years of experience
Bachelor degree with a major in an analytical field required (such as but not limited to Math,
Actuarial Science, Statistics) .
Strong mathematical, technical and analytical skills along with keen attention to detail.
