Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, coordinate with clients and hiring managers, and ensure timely closures across multiple positions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and team coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Screen, shortlist, and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with clients and candidates.
- Negotiate salary, follow up on offers, and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.
- Meet monthly hiring targets and ensure quality candidate submissions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and generate daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Guide and mentor junior recruiters to improve sourcing and closures.
- Develop strong client relationships and ensure timely communication.

Qualifications
