Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Faculty Member for our BCA program. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in Computer Applications and a passion for teaching and mentoring undergraduate students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and practical sessions in core BCA subjects:
- Programming Languages (C, C++, Java, Python)
- Data Structures, DBMS, OS, Computer Networks
- Web Technologies, Software Engineering, etc.
- Develop and maintain course materials, lesson plans, and lab manuals.
- Conduct internal assessments, practical exams, and evaluations.
- Supervise student projects and support technical skill development.
- Provide academic mentoring and career guidance to students.
- Participate in departmental activities, curriculum development, and accreditation processes.
- Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of computer science and application subjects.
- Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.
- Familiarity with teaching tools, learning platforms, and digital resources.
