Preferred Expertise:
- Over 15 years of experience in the IT industry with a strong blend of business and technical expertise in Master Data Management (MDM).
- Experience in MDM SaaS is mandatory
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in data architecture and data integration.
- Proven ability to independently review designs, lead code reviews, and ensure quality throughout project lifecycles.
- 5+ years of experience in MDM development, administration, and integrations, working with platforms such as Informatica MDM SaaS/360, Profisee, Reltio, Semarchy, and others.
- 3+ years of direct involvement in MDM analysis, design, development, support, and operations using leading MDM tool suites.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a results-driven approach.
- Hands-on expertise in data analysis, data consolidation, and data governance, including data warehousing.
- In-depth awareness of MDM trends, concepts, and emerging tools in the market.
- Strong SQL proficiency and experience with relational databases.
- Practical experience in application architecture design and best practices for enterprise solutions.
- Skilled in requirement analysis, software development standards, and solution architecture.
- Ability to create high-quality documentation and presentations for stakeholders.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with experience working in global environments.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of cloud solutions and their integration into enterprise architectures.
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
