We are looking for an HR Recruiter to support recruitment for our upcoming FIBC, Block Bottom Bags, and Special Fabrics manufacturing unit.
The role will focus on sourcing candidates, initial screening, interview coordination, candidate database management, and onboarding support for senior plant-level roles, admin positions, and sales roles.
For plant hiring, the focus will be on leadership, department-level, and key technical positions, not bulk hiring of operators, helpers, or general shop-floor manpower unless specifically assigned.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Sourcing
· Source candidates for senior plant-level, admin, and sales roles through job portals, LinkedIn, references, consultants, WhatsApp groups, industry contacts, and professional networks.
· Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
· Identify candidates from relevant industries such as manufacturing, packaging, textiles, plastics, woven sacks, FIBC, block bottom bags, and exports.
Plant-Level Hiring
· Coordinate hiring for senior and key plant positions responsible for production, technical departments, quality, maintenance, planning, utilities, stores, dispatch, and overall plant operations.
· Focus on candidates with manufacturing experience, team-handling ability, technical knowledge, and department-level responsibility.
Admin & Sales Hiring
Support recruitment for office and business roles including HR, accounts, purchase, compliance, documentation, ERP/MIS, dispatch coordination, domestic sales, export sales, sales coordination, business development, and customer support.
Screening & Interview Coordination
· Conduct initial telephonic, video, or in-person screening.
· Evaluate candidates based on experience, industry background, communication, salary expectations, location, notice period, and joining availability.
· Coordinate interviews with department heads, HR, and management, and follow up for feedback and next steps.
Candidate Database Management
· Maintain an updated candidate database for plant leadership, admin, and sales roles.
· Track contact details, current company, designation, experience, salary, notice period, interview status, and remarks.
· Keep backup candidates ready for urgent, replacement, and expansion hiring.
Offer, Joining & Onboarding
· Support offer coordination, joining follow-up, and pre-joining document collection.
· Coordinate employee ID creation, attendance registration, email/ERP access, and basic induction where applicable.
· Introduce new joiners to relevant department heads and reporting managers.
Required Skills & Experience
· 5 – 10 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, textiles, plastics, FIBC, woven sacks, or related industries.
· Ability to source and screen candidates for senior plant-level, admin, and sales roles.
· Good communication, coordination, follow-up, and candidate management skills.
· Comfortable working with consultants, candidates, department heads, and management.
· Good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, or HR software.
· MBA / PGDM in HR preferred but not mandatory.
