Admission Counsellor Job Description
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for handling student enquiries and guiding prospective students through the admission process.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective students.
Explain psychology and counselling courses, eligibility, duration, fees and career opportunities.
Understand students requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
Work towards monthly admission and enrolment targets.
Maintain enquiry and follow up records.
Build positive relationships with prospective students.
Guide students through the complete admission process.
Follow up regarding fee payments and admission confirmation.
Coordinate with the academic and support teams for student queries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
