Area Sales Manager – Job Description
- Manage sales operations within the assigned area/region.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Appoint and handle distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Monitor team performance and guide sales executives.
- Develop market strategies to increase business growth.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.
- Submit sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle a sales team and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of the local market and distribution network.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
