Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Engineer to manage, supervise, and coordinate the execution of interior projects at various sites. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with residential interior works, and the ability to manage sites and timelines effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site operations for interior projects.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers and vendors.
- Ensure timely execution of work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and maintain site safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain site reports, checklists, and project documentation.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Supervise installation of furniture, electrical and civil-related interior work.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and on-site coordination.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and layouts.
- Willingness to travel to multiple project sites as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Interior site supervision: 2 years (Preferred)
- Site Engineer: 3 years (Preferred)
