We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team at our on-site location. The ideal candidate will have a Master of Science (MSc) degree and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, performing data entry tasks, and managing the reception area for our department. You must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to handle patient interactions with care and professionalism.
In addition to customer service duties, you will also be responsible for blood collection for the department, so experience in phlebotomy is a plus.
