We are looking for a motivated and organized Customer Relation Executive to support our operations team and help manage client interactions for residential architectural projects. The role involves coordinating between clients, designers, and the sales team to ensure smooth communication and project flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in handling client inquiries and follow-ups
Coordinate meetings between clients and architects/designers
Maintain client records and update sales data regularly
Track leads and support in converting prospects into clients
Ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction
Support marketing and promotional activities when required
Requirements:
Experience : 1 - 2 years (Freshers also welcome)
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Preferred Skills:
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
Customer-focused attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
