About the Role
Kauvery Hospital is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the role of Call Executive – Lead Conversion. The primary responsibility is to engage with prospective patients generated through digital and marketing campaigns, provide accurate information about hospital services, address queries, and convert leads into appointments, consultations, or admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and engage leads generated through online campaigns and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, specialties, doctors, and treatment offerings.
- Guide prospective patients through the consultation, treatment, or admission process.
- Maintain professional communication standards while handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Accurately capture and update patient and lead information in CRM systems.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective patients to improve conversion rates.
- Address patient queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Escalate clinical, operational, or service-related concerns to the appropriate departments.
- Track lead status, call outcomes, and conversion metrics on a daily basis.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, confidentiality, and organizational guidelines.
- Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical teams to facilitate seamless patient engagement.
Eligibility CriteriaEducation
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Graduates from Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or related disciplines are preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Inside Sales, Lead Conversion, Healthcare Coordination, or Contact Center Operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, or service industries will be an added advantage.
