Role Details

- Role: Video Editor (Social Media & Ads)
- Experience Required: 2 to 4 years
- Mode: On-site
- Workdays: 5.5 (Alternate Saturdays working)
- Opportunity Type: Full-time
- Interview Mode: 1st round virtual; final round Face-Face Only(1st small assignment will be given followed by interaction with Team)
Role Summary:
You will edit fast, high-impact videos for social media and paid ads.
This role is about speed, clarity, rhythm, and attention controlnot cinematic storytelling.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You’ll be working on daily, performance-driven video content across platforms.
- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and ads
- Create high-speed, hook-driven edits optimized for retention
- Add motion graphics, captions, transitions, and overlays where required
- Edit ad creatives with clear structure: hook message CTA
- Adapt videos to different platforms and aspect ratios
- Work closely with content, design, and marketing teams
- Deliver multiple versions quickly based on feedback and performance needs
This Role Is NOT For You If
- You take days to edit short-form videos
- You focus on effects over pacing and clarity
- You are not comfortable editing ads or performance content
- You rely only on raw footage without improving it
What We’re Actually Looking For
You should already:
- Have 2–4 years of hands-on video editing experience
- Be experienced in social media videos and ad creatives
- Understand hooks, pacing, jump cuts, and retention
- Be comfortable working at high speed with tight timelines
- Have a strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual flow
- Be able to turn rough inputs into clean, usable videos
- Tools You Must Be Comfortable With
- Premiere Pro / After Effects (or equivalent)
- CapCut / DaVinci Resolve (acceptable)
- Motion graphics and basic animations
- AI tools for video editing (auto captions, background removal, generative fills, etc.)
- Awareness of platform-specific video formats and specs
- Portfolio (Mandatory)
- Must include:
- Short-form social videos
- Ad creatives or performance-driven edits
- Motion or animated elements (where applicable)
- No relevant video work = no shortlisting.
Please Note
- Apply only if you’re based in Delhi/NCR
- 1st round over Zoom call, but Final round will be in-person only
- A practical editing task will be shared in F2F round after shortlisting followed bya a discussion with Panel.
