- Operate Doctoring Machine efficiently to produce the end product (Maximum Output).
- Maintain 5S on machine & near working area. (Machine Cleaning)
- Smooth Operation of Doctoring & packing machine on daily basis.
- Identify the problems if arises in the machine and communicate the same to the shift in charge.
- Follow the health, safety, quality standards.
- Focusing on Roll loading and splice preparation of role.
- Ensure batch wise data entry in ERP system on mandatory basis.
- Ensure knife cycle changeover and identify defects when needed and keep in touch with department heads to appropriate solution when needed.
- Ensure lifting and handling of roll with proper core alignment and tapping center.
- ITI with 3 - 8 Years of experience
