We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join our team at our Okhla Industrial Area facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial documentation, inventory tracking, and administrative support. Key Responsibilities: Billing & Invoicing: Prepare, process, and track accurate sales invoices, purchase orders, and billings in a timely manner. Quotation Management: Prepare and issue professional price quotations for clients based on management guidelines and follow up on their status. Stock & Inventory: Maintain accurate records of inventory/stock levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update records to prevent shortages. Employee Attendance: Manage and record daily employee attendance, track leave balances, and assist in preparing data for payroll processing. Documentation: Maintain organized physical and digital records of all financial transactions and office correspondence. Requirements: Proven experience as an Accountant, Accounts Assistant, or in a similar office administrative role. Proficiency in basic accounting software (such as Tally or similar) and MS Office (Excel/Word). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Pay: ₹8,556.30 - ₹16,500.00 per month
