Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Academic Counselor based in Kochi. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing student counseling, career guidance, and academic advising. Daily tasks will include meeting with students to discuss their academic and career goals, developing individualized educational plans, and assisting with the enrollment process. The counselor will also support students in overcoming academic challenges and ensure they have a positive educational experience.
- Student Counseling & Conversion: Counsel prospective learners about suitable courses and convert inquiries into course enrollments.
- Course Promotion: Explain course benefits, career opportunities, eligibility, duration, certification, and placement prospects to prospective students.
- Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment/admission targets assigned by the organization.
- Follow-up Management: Regularly follow up with interested candidates through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and personal meetings to maximize conversions.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and other referral sources.
- Reporting: Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, counseling, follow-ups, conversion rates, and target achievement.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
