Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operation theatre before surgeries.
- Arrange surgical instruments, equipment, and required supplies.
- Assist doctors during surgical procedures.
- Prepare and position patients for surgery.
- Follow sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Monitor patients before and after surgery.
- Maintain OT records and documentation.
- Check OT equipment before procedures.
- Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff.
- Follow hospital safety and biomedical waste disposal guidelines.
Qualification
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing with a valid Nursing Council Registration.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience as an OT Nurse in a hospital.
- Basic knowledge of OT procedures and surgical instruments.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
